Locum Childcare Lawyer

Lancashire

Hybrid working

£40-55 per hour

Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a local authority who are looking to recruit a Childcare Lawyer on a full time basis. The contract will be for an initial 3 month basis with the view that this could potentially be extended further.

The local authority is happy to consider candidates from either private practice or public sector at varying levels of experience, as long as the candidate has public care experience.

As a Childcare Lawyer, your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Care-cases
  • Care orders
  • PLO Meeting
  • Non-molestation
  • Emergency Protection Order

Although the role can largely be considered on a remote working basis, the Childcare Lawyer will be required to do advocacy and attend courts based in Lancashire.
