Casualty Fraud Solicitor/Legal Executive/Experienced Paralegal, NQ -2 PQE
We are working with a major International Law Firm, seeking a Casualty Fraud solicitor. The role can be undertaken by an experienced Paralegal, or a junior solicitor or legal exec (NQ-2 PQE) Exposure to EL and PL matters is required and the work encompasses multiple accidents, slips, trips, etc. - all on the fraudulent side.
Competence in Litigation is necessary, whilst the Fraud aspect can be taught, so a willingness to learn is paramount here. Dependent on past experience and knowledge, the role will involve Multi-track work or a case load of max 30 files at any one time.
With 18 in the team, spread across various UK offices, this role can be worked remotely. That said, there is a very cohesive and collaborative bond across team members, with significant help, mentoring and oversight from the senior staff. Chargeable hour are realistic and targeted based on the client mix and case matter profiles.
