JOB TITLE:     Clinical Negligence Lawyer
PQE:               3 + years of experience
LOCATION:    Merseyside
SALARY:         up to c£40,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a thriving firm. The purpose of the role is to handle your own caseload of non-ligated and litigated claims as part of a varied caseload which will include providing advice, preparing cases and acting on behalf of claimants who have suffered from medical malpractice. Cases will include, but are not limited to, surgical accident claims, dental negligence, delayed diagnosis and birth injuries. You will be working on a challenging and rewarding caseload and be able to progress your career with this friendly and dynamic firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
The role is best suited to qualified Solicitors with upwards of 3+ years PQE, previous litigation experience is essential. The post holder will have previous experience in drafting documents and correspondence such as witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and to medical experts. This firm is seeking a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in previous roles.
