JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 2-3+ years’ experience
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: c£35,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will be tasked with the management of your own caseload, which will cover the full remit of residential property (including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and staircasing). You will be supported by an experienced and dedicated conveyancing assistant and shared, expert legal support for client onboarding, post exchange and post completion. This opportunity is being offered on a full-time permanent basis and is available with hybrid working (fully remote will also be considered).

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will have at least 2-3 years’ experience within this area of law and of managing their own residential property caseload (including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and staircasing). You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, FILEx or licensed conveyancer with experience in volume conveyancing and case management systems and be able to work unsupervised.
