With almost 150 employees, they are a full service firm with a large part of their turnover coming from the commercial side of their business.

Your new role
An excellent opportunity for someone with experience in corporate law to join their corporate and commercial department. You will work closely with the partners responsible with the team to have exposure to the partners transactions and handle their own caseload.


What you'll need to succeed

• Must be 8-10 years PQE.
• Commercially aware.
• Exceptional technical ability and ability to negotiate.
• Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers and endeavour to promote the firm in their professional and personal lives.
• Ability to deal with numerous projects at any one time.
