A successful, and growing, leading regional law firm with offices in Birmingham, Worcestershire and Shropshire is seeking to appoint an NQ commercial property solicitor to join their Kidderminster office. As part of the firms growth strategy, they now have an exciting opportunity to appoint an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to work at their Kidderminster office.
 
You will join a busy Commercial Property team of 14 including four partners, solicitors and paralegal/support staff.
 
Your role will include

• Landlord and tenant (acting for either party)
• Buying and selling commercial property 
• Assisting a partner alongside your own caseload of general commercial property matters.
