Housing Solicitor

Our client, a Local Authority based in the North West, is seeking a locum Housing Solicitor to join their legal services team on a locum basis for an anticipated period of at least 3 months.

Responsibilities of the Housing Solicitor:

The successful Housing Lawyer will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of housing matters, which may include:

  • Homelessness Appeals
  • Eviction Proceedings
  • Housing Contracts
  • Strategy, Policy and Procedure

Experience required for the Housing Solicitor:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive, with previous Housing Law experience. Interaction with adult social care would be advantageous, but this isn't essential.
