This is a fantastic opportunity for corporate solicitor to join the Sheffield office of this well-known UK practice.

- You will advise a broad range of corporate issues and transactions and a lot of your work will have an international aspect.

The Candidate

- Corporate Solicitor, newly qualified (or soon to be) up to 2 year's PQE
- Strong transactional experience
- Solid academic record
- An interest in helping to grow a practice
