A major firm in Leeds is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to bolster their well established practice. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with flexible working available.

THE FIRM AND TEAM

This market leading firm are a full service commercial law firm in the centre of Leeds. They complete work for a top quality client base and are widely regarded as one of the most successful UK practices.

Their multi-partner Real Estate team are well recognised for their expertise in the market. They have seen consistent growth in the last few years and with roughly 30 Solicitors, their real Estate team is one of the largest regional practices in the country.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will represent all of the various parties involved in Real Estate transactions including sellers, buyers, developers, investors, partners, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. The firm regularly act for many well-known brands across diverse sectors including FTSE 100 companies, as well as international companies.

The quality and complexity of the work you will undertake is high calibre and varied. Expect plentiful involvement on new, interesting and high value projects, with full backing of the available resources from such a high profile firm.

THE CANDIDATE

- The candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE
- Technically excellent and track record of ensuring the provision of a high standard of client service
- Strong academics and interpersonal skills
