One of the world’s largest, leading offshore law firms are looking for a Corporate Associate with 2 Years’ PQE upwards to join its Tier 1 Corporate & Finance team in Guernsey, working on the very best mandates available.
This team is recognised as a leading adviser in corporate transactions, and the role will involve a balanced corporate & finance practice – working alongside leading US and Magic Circle Firms - spanning M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Investment Funds.
