Great opportunity for a junior construction solicitor to join an international firm in Manchester city centre.

The Role

- Legal 500 ranked team
- Impressive client base- private & public sector clients including national and regional contractors and developers, central government, local authorities and registered providers.
- Mixed caseload of contentious & non contentious work- - construction related procurement advice for public sector clients, advising on all aspects of development, asset management contracts, due diligence support, marketing initiatives.
-Contentious advice on adjudications and litigation for public and private sector clients

The Candidate

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong academic background
- NQ solicitor
- Contentious & Non contentious construction experience during their training contract
- Candidates with commercial experience and an interest in the construction sector will be considered.
