A role for a residential conveyancer has arisen at a Legal 500 law firm at their Kidderminster office. This is a full-time permanent role with a reputable and well-established firm.
With a high staff retention rate, this firm can offer a residential conveyancer a long-term career in a supportive and friendly team. They offer a hybrid working policy (2 days from home) a range of benefits and can offer a manageable caseload of matters and a realistic and achievable target.
The firm itself is a large law firm with a fantastic reputation across all of their core areas. They are known for investing in personal and professional development and have a great structure in place to enable you to achieve career progression.
Our client will consider a residential conveyancer, solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer of around NQ to 4 years who has a passion for providing a high level of client care.
The team is currently 30 strong across all offices and in Kidderminster they have around ten with four of those being support staff. There is a great structure for somebody junior coming in with the team comprising of Partners, associates and more junior members of staff.
Although the team is busy they very much have a focus on quality rather than quantity and as such client service is integral to their growth.
You can expect to work on a varied caseload of good quality general residential conveyancing matters alongside other experienced fee earners. There is support by way of experienced conveyancing secretaries.
This role would suit a residential conveyancer who is looking to join a firm with structure, good quality work and a friendly a supportive team.
