Corporate Finance Senior Associate

The need has arisen for the recruitment of a mid-senior level associate with experience of corporate structuring and transactions such as M&A and joint ventures. You will be given exposure to a wide range of work including corporate borrowing and bank lending, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, global equity offerings and listings (IPOs), investment funds, international real estate finance and regulatory compliance.
