Brand new and exceptional opening for a litigation solicitor either at NQ level or perhaps with up to 4 yrs. pqe and looking to join a strong national practice working from their Bristol offices.

Our client is seeking a litigation solicitor to join their nationally renowned Agriculture Team (ranked in the Top Tier in Chambers and the Legal 500).

You'll enjoy a range of high quality and often high value contentious agricultural work for a nationally recognised practice. The team advise a broad range of clients to include landowners, farming businesses, processors, landed estates, institutions, and others within the land and the wider rural economy. The practice is very broad and encompasses strategic advice, court and tribunal-based litigation, arbitration and mediations. There will also be the opportunity to broaden your experience and to cover less contentious work focusing on contractual agreements, farming structures and tenancy agreements

You will be a bright and commercial individual with good litigation experience but will not need to have agricultural expertise however, some understanding / knowledge and interest of the sector is desired.
