We are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to handle contentious enfranchisement matters for our prestigious clients in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of complex and challenging contentious enfranchisement matters
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients in the real estate and private wealth sectors
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare court pleadings
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop strategies and achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years PQE, ideally from a reputable firm
  • Strong background in contentious enfranchisement work, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting client expectations
