Asset Finance Lawyer

A top-tier global law firm is now seeking an Asset Finance Lawyer to join their highly-regarded Asset Finance Team based in Singapore.
 
Your role will be involved in a broad spectrum of asset finance work including but not limited to, ship sale and purchase transactions, financing and leasing of corporate jets and ships, registration of newly built vessels with the Singapore registry and transfer of flag to the Singapore registry.  Unrivalled client exposure to bank, financial institutions, government agencies, shipping companies, lessors, borrowers, lenders, ship owners and operators will also be presented if this is of interest to you.
 
Ideally your experience should include:

• Qualified lawyer practising in Singapore or other common law jurisdictions
• Solid experience in asset finance work especially shipping finance
• Meticulous with strong communication skills
• Competency in building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with ability to excel technically
