Private Wealth lawyer 3+ years’ PQE CAYMAN ISLANDS

Multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm is looking to recruit a Private Wealth lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join this highly-ranked Trust and Private Wealth practice in the Cayman Islands.  The team advises professional trustees, private individuals and families, financial institutions, and charities, on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious trust and private wealth matters. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will play an integral part in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and other advisors. The successful applicant will undertake the full spectrum of non-contentious and semi-contentious Private Client work including trust and supplemental deed drafting, will drafting, trust law analysis and advisory work, probate applications, wealth structuring, as well as experience of family office planning, and restructuring exercises. The position combines top-level work, with a compensation package commensurate with experience and the excellent lifestyle benefits of living and working in the Cayman Islands. Applications are welcome from Solicitors working in the England & Wales (Regional or London firms) or Scottish jurisdictions, as well as those currently working in Canada, Australia or New Zealand. It goes without saying that applications are also welcome from those lawyers already working offshore.
