Private Client lawyer 2+ years’ PQE GUERNSEY

Well-regarded private practice law firm in Guernsey is looking to recruit a Private Client lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The role involves a wide range of Private Wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals and will encompass: drafting wills, estate planning, undertaking probate applications and estate administration, frequently involving multiple legal jurisdictions, and preparing Powers of Attorney and Guardianship applications. Applications are welcome from Solicitors working in the England & Wales (we are just as keen to see applications from candidates working in regional firms, as we are to hear from candidates currently working for London firms) or Scottish jurisdictions, as well as those currently working in Canada, Australia or New Zealand. It goes without saying that applications are also welcome from those lawyers already working offshore.
