Commercial Litigation lawyers 1 – 5 & 6+ years’ PQE GUERNSEY

Offshore commercial law firm in Guernsey is looking to recruit two Commercial Litigation lawyers (one of 1 to 5 and the other of 6 or more years’ PQE). The team is instructed by a wide range of clients including financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals based. Broadly, the practice encompasses: Commercial Disputes (including banking and finance); Fraud and Asset Tracing; Regulation and Enforcement; and Contentious Trusts and Probate.

Specific matters you might work on include: trust disputes, insolvencies, boardroom battles, fraud and asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration. In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, the successful candidates will also be involved in the marketing and business development initiatives of the department. Applications are welcome from Solicitors working in the England & Wales (we are just as keen to see applications from candidates working in regional firms, as we are to hear candidates currently working for London firms) or Scottish jurisdictions, as well as those currently working in Canada, Australia or New Zealand. It goes without saying that applications are also welcome from those lawyers already working offshore.
