Commercial lawyer NQ – 2 years’ PQE LONDON

Commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a Commercial lawyer of 0 – 2 years’ PQE. The team works with a variety of clients, from start-ups to advising well know names/brands across a wide range of industries. The successful candidate will assist and work alongside more senior, experienced lawyers and, over time, will be expected to develop strong working relationships with clients. You will work on a variety of general commercial law and IP-related agreements, as well as being involved in: contracts and the terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services; IT contracts and outsourcing; software licensing; online trading terms and conditions; consultancy agreements; intellectual property; data protection; privacy; distribution agreements; agency agreements; and, collaboration agreements.

Specifically, you will be reviewing, drafting and negotiating on a wide range of agreements and providing legal advice on business issues as well as providing Regulatory advice in a variety of arenas. In addition, all members of the team are expected to assist with the marketing and business development initiatives of the department.
