Corporate Lawyer 3+ years’ PQE LONDON

Well-regarded, large commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team undertakes work of very high quality and works with multinationals, plc’s and very large limited companies across a variety of industry sectors. This role will involve advising on a wide range of UK and cross-border corporate transactions including private mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate re-organisations, private equity and corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will be focused on building a career within Corporate law and will be able to demonstrate their passion for and interest in this area of law.
