Commercial Property lawyer NQ – 2 & 5+ years’ PQE HERTFORDSHIRE

Strong regional law firm in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit two Commercial Property lawyers – a junior Associate of 0 to 2 years’ PQE and a Senior Associate of 5 or more years’ PQE. The team continues to work on notable property transactions not just in Hertfordshire, but across the UK. The quality of their clients and the nature of their property transactions is reflected in the fact that they often deal with national and/or multi-national firms on the other side of the deal. They advise commercial clients on all their Property needs including: high value and complex property development (this work has grown over the last 12 months); sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property; secured lending; and, landlord and tenant work. They are keen to hear from candidates with a client-centred focus, who also have a ‘can-do’, motivated and positive attitude, as well as being a good team player. If you are already qualified you will currently specialise in Commercial Property and if you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Commercial Property law.
