Planning & Environmental lawyer NQ – 2 years’ PQE READING

Commercial law firm in Reading is seeking to recruit a Planning & Environmental lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. The team advise in relation to some of the most strategically important projects in the region (primarily amenities and infrastructure projects) as well as significant property development projects and they provide an end-to-end service for both landowners and developers. They are regularly instructed by clients including: landowners; developers; SMEs and large family or owner-managed businesses; charities, universities and schools; property investors; financiers; and, private individuals, on a wide range of Planning and Environmental matters.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters, ranging in size and including: residential developments; planning appeals and enforcement appeals; planning appraisals; planning obligations; and, environmental matters, including CPO and highways advice. All qualified applicants will currently specialise in Planning law. Newly-qualified applicants will have undertaken a seat in Planning.
