Corporate Paralegal

Busy US law firm is looking to hire a new Corporate Paralegal for their London office, on an initial 12-month FTC.  This role will be offering high-level work from day one so candidates need to have the skillset and experience of taking on NQ/Trainee level work.

The firm would ideally want paralegal candidates with asset management or similar experience however most importantly the firm is looking for applicants with the right attitude, aptitude and professionalism as this with this being a very high level paralegal position the firm need the candidate to have the right levels of gravitas as you will have exposure to clients and both drafting and transaction involvement and even though you will be responsible for the administrative side of the legal work this is not the reason for your hire but they will want an attitude of no job too big or too small.

Ideally strong education with very good A’Levels and a law degree from a top university or be at least GDL qualified.   Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.  Salary will be £40-45,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits, with hybrid working offered.
