One of Scotland's leading Land and Rural specialists has an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its Tier 1 Land & Rural team in Perth, due to organic growth.
You will be involved in a wide range of Land and Rural work, ranging from but not limited to, sales and purchases of estates, forests, farms and country houses, as well as advising on crofting issues and agricultural holdings legislation.
As the successful candidate, you will have a strong background in Rural law with experience in running your own caseload independently, as well as assisting the wider team in more complex transactions.
