My client, an award-winning top 150 law firm, has an amazing and rare opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team based in their Wigan office.

The firm is in need of a Corporate Solicitor who will be able to deal with the following services to their clients:
  • Asset sales and purchases
  • Charity law
  • Company corporate structures
  • Corporate governance
  • Due diligence
  • Private equity
  • Management buy-out or buy-in
  • Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Selling business
  • Share sales and purchases
  • Strategic transactions
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 seat experience within Corporate, or experience in Corporate law since qualifying.
