Commercial/Corporate Solicitor NQ+ - Canterbury
Are you looking for a new challenge as a Commercial Solicitor? This opportunity would suit someone with a corporate background who has a keen interest in combining this with commercial project work.
Based in the heart of Canterbury, Kent, this leading practice work with a growing client-base of local, national and international companies and have a strong reputation in sustainable/renewable energy.
The firm frequently advise on transactions and contracts of national and international significance. There is also an element of corporate banking and finance work, asset, share and restructuring deals and general SME commercial contract work.
The firm are currently looking for a qualified Solicitor, NQ upwards with experience of corporate or commercial work. Ideally you will be looking for an opportunity to learn about sustainable energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and SMEs.
The team has an existing pool of work to support the growth of an ambitious solicitor who wants to take control of their own career path and progression and manage their own caseload with the support of the teams highly experienced partners.
Hybrid and flexible working is available working alongside the firms office bases, situated in Canterbury and Maidstone. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer, plus great training and development opportunities.
