Employment lawyers 1 – 3 & 4+ years’ PQE LEEDS

Law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit two Employment lawyers – one of 1 to 3 years’ PQE and the other of 4 or more years’ PQE. The team acts for large clients and household names across multiple sectors, including Sports, Retail, Finance, Leisure and Hospitality, FMCG, Technology, Media and Advertising, Manufacturing, and Engineering. They have seen sustained revenue growth in recent years, with increasingly significant and complex mandates combined with strong demand from clients in the UK and elsewhere. You will be a valuable member of the team with front line client exposure from the start. From day one, both successful candidates will be advising across the entire spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious Employment law issues including: Employment Tribunal disputes on a national basis; strategic Employment law and HR advice; contracts and policies drafting; disciplinary and grievance issues; absence management; restructures and redundancies; TUPE and changes to terms and conditions, in addition to providing corporate support.
