This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading legal 500 practice who are expanding their corporate team due to a growth in work. The corporate team is led by 6 Partners who have secured a large pipeline of work for this financial year.
The team handle a broad range or corporate work from a wide variety of clients from start-ups to multinational companies, and have specialist expertise in banking & insolvency, private equity and venture capital. The team draws on support as required from the firm’s employment, commercial contracts/IP, commercial property and dispute resolution teams. The team prides itself on its collegiate and supportive ethos and being able to deliver practical solutions to clients which meet their commercial requirements.
The team have multiple vacancies available at multiple levels and so encourage applications from aspiring Corporate Solicitors from 2 PQE upwards.
