Private Wealth Associate 3+ PQE - London

An established national firm are looking for an Associate to join their highly-ranked Private Wealth team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded UK Top 60 firm with a friendly, open and inclusive culture. The firm has an exceptional private wealth practice. The team advise clients across the UK and internationally and have particular expertise in Wills and estate planning for those substantial wealth and international interests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Advising on UK tax for non-UK domiciled clients
- Advising on UK tax in relation to offshore trusts
- Advising individuals who come to or leave the UK on UK tax
- Advising international clients on cross-border succession and wills
- Management of a mixed, good quality caseload including Wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Orders.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in an established Private Client team and will be able to demonstrate the above experience. Strong knowledge of UK domestic tax is essential for this role, as well as an interest in developing tax knowledge further.

Competitive salary from £70k upwards depending on experience, as well as other benefits.
