SALARY to £260K + bonus
This elite international firm's corporate practice is regarded as a global leader with a worldwide leading client base. They are looking for an equally exceptional mid-level associate to join their highly regarded and growing team in London. You will enjoy a broad mix of high value international corporate private equity work, which will include advising private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions on some of the markets most interesting transactions. Your workload will also include:
- Private equity transactions;
- Joint ventures;
- Rights issues & secondary issues; and
- Advisory work

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years relevant post qualified experience from a leading UK/US international, or Big Six Australian, or top tier New Zealand firm, as well as a strong academic record.
