Client Details
The client is a large business operating in the transport and logistics sector. They have a turnover of £150 million and a growing in-house team. The business offers great flexibility and a competitive salary.
Description
The Legal Counsel will work closely with the senior counsel and general counsel and advise stakeholders on a range of work. This will include dealing with complex commercial contracts, procurement, joint ventures, IP and Corporate to niche areas such a rail and shipping, state aid and competition law.
Profile
You will already be working as a Legal Counsel or a Solicitor who is keen to make the move into Industry. Given the existing structure of the team this role will suit a lawyer around 2-8 years PQE. Please note this is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.
