Our client is a firm with a reputation as a market leader in claimant clinical negligence work. They are now looking for a talented technical clinical negligence layer who has demonstrable experience dealing with £10 million claims. The position will be joining their established Clinical Negligence department.
The role will consist of running your own caseload of brain injury, cerebral palsy and other complex clinical negligence matters. You will be assisted in your role with a PA and paralegal support. The clinical negligence team has fantastic medical records support. You will also have full autonomy on the selection and use of barristers and experts.
