Data Protection Solicitor/Associate - 3+ PQE

My award-winning client is looking for an experienced and motivated Data Protection Solicitor to join their team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on data protection laws and regulations, and will have expertise in the legal aspects of data protection, including GDPR and other related legislation, across both contentious and non-contentious matters. This role also gives you the opportunity to work with well-known national and international clients, across multiple sectors.

You will be a UK Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, and possess a strong understanding of the principles of data protection, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. In this role, you will provide legal advice on data protection and compliance matters, draft and review data protection policies, prepare and review data privacy notices, and assist with data protection impact assessments.
