This strong regional firm is looking for a mid-level Solicitor (2-5 years’ PQE) to join the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team within the wider Commercial Litigation team.

This strong regional firm is looking for a mid-level Solicitor (2-5 years’ PQE) to join the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team within the wider Commercial Litigation team.
Responsibilities
- Handling a diverse range of legal disputes related to insolvency, encompassing both corporate and personal insolvency matters, and representing both plaintiffs and defendants
- Conducting asset recovery efforts, including representing insolvency practitioners in property possession and sale cases
- Providing expert advice on corporate recovery and insolvency issues, serving various businesses and financial institutions such as non-traditional lenders, insolvency practitioners, and borrowers
- Representing administrators in sales transactions
- Conducting thorough document reviews, preparing tailored legal documents, and offering customised advice to meet the specific requirements of clients
- Engaging in negotiations with clients and other professionals to achieve mutually agreed-upon objectives
- Participating in meetings and negotiations with clients and third parties
- Conducting extensive research on new areas of law and case precedents to ensure the accuracy of legal advice and procedures
- Developing and expanding client relationships through various channels, including networking activities and client entertainment
- Supervising and assigning work to trainee solicitors and paralegals as appropriate
- Engaging in a variety of continuing professional development (CPD) activities to enhance professional knowledge and skills
