Job Summary of the Contentious Private Client Solicitor:
As an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department, you will specialise in handling Contentious Private Client matters. Joining my prestigious client, a leading law firm based in the Westend, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases in the private wealth sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Contentious Private Client Solicitor:
* Manage a caseload of Contentious Private Client matters, including contentious probate, estate disputes, and Court of Protection cases
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents
* Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients
* Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies
* Support senior team members on complex and high-value cases
Skills and Qualifications of the Contentious Private Client Solicitor:
* Qualified solicitor with 1 - 2 years PQE in Contentious Private Client work
* Strong knowledge of contentious probate, estate disputes, and Court of Protection matters
* Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
