First rate opportunity with a national law firm based out of their Bristol offices. My client is looking to bolster its Legal 500-ranked planning team with an enthusiastic planning solicitor from NQE to 8PQE. You will be joining a close-knit team and be able to work closely with the lead partner.
Your clients will include local authorities, developers, registered housing providers, NHS trusts and major corporate clients. You will advise on all the issues involved in bringing sites forward for regeneration and sustainable development including negotiating planning agreements, highways and compulsory purchase advice, planning appeals, listed building and conservation area applications, contaminated land and the defence of town green applications.
