The salary is on a fee sharing basis, the work will be fulltime either remote or hybrid depending on your personal circumstances. We would like someone with a full range of conveyancing experience. Ability to work with minimal supervision is essential.

You must have 5years+ PQE, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organisational and time management skills and attention to detail.  You must also have experience of working with case management systems.

Job Role: 

Consultant Senior Residential Conveyancer Solicitor

Main responsibilities

• Consulting with and supporting the conveyancing department
• Providing practical advice and guidance to Conveyancing Solicitors and Intermediate Fee Earners. 
• Aiding Fee Earners with challenging matters and complex tasks.
• Identifying and highlighting potential regulatory concerns and liaising with the Head of Department. 
• Liaise with the SRO and the wider business 
• Being accustomed to CQS requirements, the UK finance Handbook and be willing to assist in identifying the department complies with relevant regulations. 
• Signing off files for unqualified Fee Earners 
• Facilitate the training of fee earners
• Sign off on Matter risk assessments
• Sign off Certificates Of Titles
