Fantastic opening for an experienced Solicitor to manage the entire Defendant Credit Hire team within my nationally recognised clients' defendant department.
The team of 10 is well structured from top to bottom and now requires a Team Manager to oversee the entire operation. The immediate plan is to continue to expand the team and you would be at the heart of this expansion.
Ideally you will be a Defendant Credit Hire Team Manager with experience of running a large team, however ambitious Solicitors with Defendant experience are also encouraged to apply. It is expected that you will be over 5yrs PQE - all levels welcome to apply.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and include 25 days holiday, full hybrid access and the typical range of an Insurance firm benefits.
