Our client is a leading off-shore law firm which has maintained a strong presence in in most of the main Caribbean and other off-shore jurisdictions. The firm’s BVI office offers a full range of legal and fiduciary services to its clients and consistently ranks highly across all of its practice areas in the main legal directories.
As a result of excess transactions, the need has arisen to increase capacity in its corporate department by hiring an additional mid-senior level corporate associate. The team handles a broad range of work including corporate advisory, structuring, M&A, Equity Capital Markets, private equity and restructuring.
Suitable candidates will have a strong academic record and at least 4 years relevant post qualification experience gained in the environment of a large international law firm.
