Our client is a national firm and is widely regarded for it's high-net-worth Private Client and Wealth Protection work.
Due to an increase in work, they are now recruiting for a 2-5 year PQE Private Client Solicitor to join the Reading based Wealth Protection department. Their expertise ranges from Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Inheritance and Tax Planning matters. In addition, there may be an element of contentious probate work alongside the Litigation Team.
This opportunity will include a range of work on:
* Advising on wills
* Succession planning
* Probate administration
* Tax and trusts matters
* Contentious Probate Matters
Your clients will be primarily high-net-worth landowners, business owners, partners/shareholders in family businesses and directors of companies and their families.
You may also be involved in acting for elderly clients and individuals under the Court of Protection.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully hit the ground running picking up an existing caseload of matters.
