Salary starting at £75,000, increasing depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice on a range of banking and finance matters, including loan agreements, security documentation, and financial regulatory compliance
• Conducting legal due diligence on banking and finance transactions and providing risk analysis and mitigation strategies
• Drafting and negotiating legal agreements and documents, including security documentation, loan agreements, and inter creditor agreements
• Providing strategic advice to clients on the legal aspects of financial transactions and contributing to the development of business strategies
• Liaising with clients and other professional advisers, such as financial advisers, accountants, and tax advisers
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in banking and finance law and sharing this knowledge with colleagues and clients
