An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join this top tier team. You would be managing a case load and assisting on joint ventures, mergers & acquisition, shareholder agreements, corporate re-organisations and partnership agreements for regional, national and international client.
The ideal candidate will be NQ - 6 PQE with prior experience of managing Corporate matters.
