Senior Personal Injury Lawyer
Level: 5+ PQE
Location: Cardiff/ Bristol
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience personal injury lawyer to join a leading regional firm who are widely recognised for their complex personal injury advice.
In this role you would be advising clients that are both organic and union linked individuals in claims against employers, EL/PL matters and other personal injury matters. All injuries dealt with will be serious in nature and so will include brain injuries, spinal injuries, brain injuries, fatalities and more.
The ideal solicitor will have 5+ PQE of dealing with complex, high value personal injury matters, will be confident in managing a case load with limited supervision and will deal with cases from beginning to end, including their own advocacy at trial when required. You will also have in depth knowledge of the CPR policies and procedures.
This firm have been instructed on high profile matters that are often reported in the local and national news.
This role is hybrid in nature and so you would be expected to be in the office only 50% of the week.
