Within Commercial Property, we are hiring at all levels from CILEX/FILEX/Solicitor through to Senior Associate. The Role

As an experienced lawyer (CILEX/FILEX/Solicitor) you know what this role entails!

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape a career for yourself with no glass-ceiling on progression, whilst also contributing to the success of our practice. You will have a broad understanding of the commercial property and the legal needs of business clients, together with experience in advising on freehold and leasehold commercial property matters, land acquisition and development deals, acting for SIPPS/SASS’s, dealing with commercial lenders, through to dealing with Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and overage, to name but a few.  You will have entrepreneurial instincts and spirit and be used to collaborating closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines, clients and other firms and advisers. You will be well connected professionally and adept at networking and driving business development. You will be motivated by the chance to be involved in the exciting expansion of our Legal 500 recognised Commercial Property Team.
