Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, South West London, £65,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent position for an enthusiastic, accomplished Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor who is looking to make the next step in their career.  Job Ref:2208

OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE experience working in a well-regarded contentious trusts and probate team and be enthused and committed to this area of work.
• The team advise a range of clients including beneficiaries, executors, trustees, charities, Court of Protection deputies and attorneys under Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, multi-jurisdictional estate disputes including domicile disputes, challenges in relation to the validity or construction of wills, property beneficial ownership / TLATA disputes and contested applications in the Court of Protection.
• You will have the opportunity to run your own caseload, as well as assisting other solicitors on larger matters.
• Ideally, you will be experienced in dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
