• A team consisting of an Equity partner, 3 Solicitors, 3 Paralegals, 1 Trainee Solicitor and a secretarial team

What will you do?

• Prepare applications to the Court of Protection
• Meet clients (in hospitals, care/own/nursing homes)
• Oversee personal finances including working with IFAs and investment managers
• Representing clients within the context of the Mental Capacity Act and other relevant legislation 
• Managing the property and affairs of brain injured and vulnerable clients, including trust management, assisting with tax affairs and accounts, drafting personal injury trusts, statutory wills and welfare deputyship applications
• Liaise with case managers, medical professionals and specialists

 
What will you need?

• To be an NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Full UK driving licence (you will be required to travel to meet clients)
