A reputable legal 200 law firm is looking for a technically strong, personable, versatile, commercially minded and ambitious lawyer to pursue a career in banking and finance with them.

This fast-growing and dynamic team carry out a wide variety of work, covering; acquisition/leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, trade finance, venture debt and corporate cross-over debt products.
They are one of the few firms outside London who can comfortably manage high value club and syndicated finance transactions and the smaller value, bilateral deals. They also have significant international reach, with well-established links across the world with tried and tested partner firms who frequently engage us on the English law aspects of banking and finance transactions.
Recent highlights include work for Lloyds, OakNorth, HSBC, Innervation Capital Partners, Merino Private Equity, Prax Petroleum, Samsung and Rock Rail.
