Growing IT business based in Hertfordshire (close to London, the M25 & the M1) in modern office space is looking to recruit an in-house legal counsel/ commercial lawyer.
The Role
Working within a small in-house legal team (including the General Counsel), the role will involve working closely with relevant business teams and departments across the business and offers a great career opportunity to get close to the business and provide a range of legal support.
This in house legal counsel/ commercial lawyer role will involve providing legal advice and assistance on a variety of legal matters, such as:

commercial, contractual and other legal documents;
legal risk, compliance and liabilities; and
legislation relevant to the business.
