Excellent new opportunity for commercial property NQ+ to join this leading West Midlands practice.

Our client has a strong reputation for commercial property work and is a friendly, flexible and forward thinking business.

To continue to meet client demand, the firm seeks to appoint an additional NQ+ solicitor to join the team based in Worcestershire. Working on behalf of a range of clients including investors, developers, companies with property interests and individuals, you'll be exposed to a range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, leases, renewals, licences and land development work.

An excellent opportunity offering genuinely exciting long-term prospects, this role would suit a 2023 qualifier (recently admitted or due to be admitted later in the year) with at least one commercial property seat and having trained with another recognised firm. Equally you may be a recently qualified commercial property solicitor looking for a new challenge.
